It’s Quacklingly Good

Crispy Peking Duck originates from Northern China, Beijing. The origins of the dish date back 600 hundred years during the Ming Dynasty. It was crafted to perfection in the palace kitchens by an array of the best chefs who won their place to cook for the Emperor.

Traditionally, the whole duck is roasted and sliced into 120 pieces; it is best enjoyed with light pancakes, sliced cucumbers and a variety of sauces.

The Peking Duck has evolved in a number of ways and at Hakka we serve quarter, half and whole portions, allowing some room for you to enjoy a variety of other dishes from our menu!
